Find People On Twitter Using Tags

This site Tweeter Tags allows you to find people simply by clicking on the tags of interest to you and viewing dozens of users whose twitter profiles carry the same tag. Clicking one of the names will take you to a page where you can learn more about the user. You will be able to see more tags the users has on their profile, persons who they have made friends with on the tweeter tags site and followers.  A link is available to follow the user on Twitter.
