Not sure if you should follow someone who follows you? Here is a free useful service that might help - Tweet Cloud. What they do is allow you to discover more about a follower by creating a tag cloud (a bunch of keywords) of a person's tweet without you having to read through the person's twitter page saving you loads of time. Choosing to follow people on the type of content they tweet echos the initial idea of what all those who are online use twitter for. Content should be one of the key factors in choosing to follow someone. Who wants to listen to boring tweets?
